The media and the left are so desperate for signs of a functioning presidency that we look for unity and bipartisanship where none exists. Trump, instead, demonstrates that he is only the president of his base, and will be happy to rip this country apart in order to keep it, in a State of the Union address designed to incite the right. We discuss what former congressman John Dingell, who just passed away, teaches us about GOP lies and manipulation.
